Our Story

Leadership rooted in the work.

Avapro was established by a leadership team with over 40 combined years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, property operations, and facility management across the Greater Toronto Area. We have managed the cleaning, repair, staffing, and upkeep of properties ranging from luxury condominium towers to government-mandated public housing — and the standard we apply has never changed based on the address.

Our President, V. Harris Jr., began his career on the ground — not in an office. That background informs how Avapro operates today: with direct involvement from leadership, with crews who are trained and held accountable under our name, and with a client relationship built on access rather than layers of administrative distance.

Julia K. Favrin, VP & Director of Operations, oversees the day-to-day execution of every active contract. Her role is not administrative — she is accountable for on-site quality, scheduling integrity, and compliance across the full portfolio. The people who sign your proposal are the people responsible for delivering it.
